Homely Retreat provides home renovation services including but not limited to Kitchen, Bathroom, Living Room, Bedroom, Dining Room, and Home Office renovations. All services are subject to a formal contract signed before work commences.
All quotes provided are estimates based on initial consultations. Final pricing may vary depending on material costs, structural issues discovered during renovation, and client-requested changes.
A deposit is required before work begins. Progress payments may be scheduled depending on the length of the project. Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval.
While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or unforeseen structural problems are out of our control. We will communicate any delays immediately and adjust timelines accordingly.
We offer a 2-year workmanship warranty on all our renovation projects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
Homely Retreat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the renovation project.
